Michel Sanschagrin is the Chairperson of the Panel of Experts. He is an actuary and company director who has served on the board of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and has been involved in many Institute committees where his technical expertise and knowledge of the rules of professional conduct have been put to good use. Mr. Sanschagrin served as Vice President and General Manager, Administrator and Chief Actuary of Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc., until his retirement in 2004. |
